Payment & cancellation policies
- There are no charges if cancellation is made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the booking date.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booking price.
- Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking price.
- We reserve the right to cancel in case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen travel circumstances. In the case of a cancellation on behalf of the Animal Club an alternative date will be offered.
