At Animal Club we dedicate ourselves to providing safe, humane and expert animal handling services, prioritising the well-being of the animals above everything else. All our Rangers conduct your experience according to this guarantee.

Every animal is cared for my their Ranger in the family home. Every animal is a family pet. They are not kept at a company facility.
Every Ranger knows each animal personally and therefore will cater to each animals specific needs; diet, habitat, handling skills.
Each animal will have a 'rest period' when they will not be included in bookings to ensure the highest level of mental & physical health for the animal.
No animal will be included within a booking (even if requested) if they are showing any sign of discomfort or distress before the booking. The Ranger's professional decision is final.
If a Ranger feels the animals are not being respected or handled well, they have the right to ask individuals to leave the experience or stop the experience completely.
