About the experience

It’s an immersive hands-on experience with a selection of different animals. A great opportunity to touch, hold & learn about the more exotic animals and ones you may see in everyday life too.

That will depend on the time you have available.

For parties & events, we’d recommend about an hour or 1.5 hours if you have a lot of guests.

For schools, the minimum booking is half day (3 hours). We’d suggest a max of 3 groups within that booking.

All ages! We’ve attended Christenings  & events, as well as Care Homes and Wedding Anniversaries. Everyone, no matter their age is always fascinated.

Everyone! Whether an Animal Club experience is to support school or home learning or used as a reward at the end of the year. Or for a more therapeutic experience. Everyone will get something out of an experience.

About our animals

That will depend on where you are located and which Rangers are located nearby. That said, we guarantee, no matter where you are, you will experience a range of different types of animals including reptiles, mammals and invertebrates. Head to our animals page to find out more about some of the animals available.

Usually, you’ll have opportunity to hold approximately 6-7 different animals. However, this number will depend on the number of guests and time available for the session.

All the animals used in an animals Club experience are pets. Which means they are looked after by the Ranger who brings them. And they’re part of their family. We guarantee that our Rangers are expert in caring for the animals they have & their well-being is the Rangers’ priority.

No, not at all. We know that certain animals are not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’. During your experience you will be given the opportunity to touch, hold or simply look at the animals. No pressure. You do what is comfortable for you.

No. Our animals are used to being handled and are comfortable in this environment. There may be times when an animal is just not having a good day and because our animals are pets the Rangers know them very well. The Ranger ensures that you and the animals have an enjoyable experience. So no one or no animal is in danger.

Don’t worry. You do not have to hold or touch any animal you are not comfortable with. Even if the sight of certain animals scares you, you can leave the room until it’s returned to its habitat.
