Our school animal workshops provide a structured, curriculum-focused learning experience for primary pupils. Each session is delivered in school by an experienced Animal Club Ranger and combines guided discussion with carefully supervised animal interaction.
Workshops are designed to support science learning objectives while encouraging curiosity, confidence and engagement. Sessions are adapted to the age and needs of each class and are suitable for a wide range of learners.

EYFS
As they begin to understand the world around them an Animal Club ‘Introduction to our animal friends’ workshop will guide their understanding of the animal world. From cuddly to scaly, small to large, our animal menagerie brings all the wonders to the comfort of the classroom.
Primary
Getting up close and personal with our animals is the perfect way to embed their understanding of animal classifiaction and more. Our Rangers guide pupils through the different types; their structure, eating habits & habitats. The pure excitement of holding a snake or stroking a lizard makes this an exceptionally enriching experience.
Secondary
SEND
The sensory experience of stroking a snake or feeling the tickly sensation of a beetle on your hand is a memorable experience. Our SEND sessions adapt to the needs of pupils and ensure they feel safe, secure and comfortable. An interactive experience to support their development.
