Behaviour expectations 

By booking with Animal Club, you also agree that the animals and the Ranger need to be treated with respect at all times.  

Our Rangers are not ‘entertainers’. The Rangers are there to provide a calm and educational based session learning about the animals.  

You will ensure that children are well supervised by adults at all times around the animals.  

You will ensure children do not shout or scream around the animals.  

If the Ranger asks for support from the event organiser, you commit to giving any support required. 

If the Ranger decides that the event is causing distress to the animals, they reserve the right to leave.  

Animal availability 

There will be approx. 6-7 animals brought to each experience, across a variety of categories (mammal, insect, reptiles and other). 

Not all Rangers have the same animals; therefore a specific animal may not be available in your area. When booking, please specify if a certain animal is required and we will do our best to accommodate.  

Sometimes animals have a non-travel period due to hibernation or shedding and the animal list may vary due to this factor.  

Unforeseen cancellations 

If your visit has to be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible via email. Please look out for emails in your junk/spam folder just in case.  

You will be given the option of rearranging, or a full refund. Our Ranger’s and their animals’ safety when traveling is of utmost priority. 

Payment & Cancellation Policies 

 School/Event/Group: An invoice will be generated and sent via email once the visit has been completed. Please see the invoice for payment terms.  

Parties: Payment required no later than 7 days before date of event. A payment link will be sent in the booking confirmation email.  If payment is not received in time, the booking will be cancelled. 

There are no charges if cancellation is made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the booking date. 

Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booking price. 

Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking price. 

We reserve the right to cancel in case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen travel circumstances. In the case of a cancellation on behalf of Animal Club an alternative date will be offered.
